      On the Lock Farm we have been getting ready for spring and summer for weeks.

Our garlic was planted in October. Weeks ago we started crops that will be planted in our high tunnel.
Even the Soil Is Made Ready
We are getting ready to serve the local community with fresh, seasonally grown vegetables and fruits.  Spring into action and find out about the LOCK FARM’S offerings.

The Lock Farm will have these delicious greens and more available through our Fields To Meals and the Thursday Market and at our farm stand on Ritner Highway in Shippensburg.

The Lock Farm provides food with  integrity.                                  These are foods that have lots of vitamins,flavors and colors.                                                                                                          They are good for your health.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         These foods have no travel damage, and no antibiotics.                                    These fruits and vegetables have had little if any storage time.
It may seem that these foods cost more than what can be found in the grocery store but in the long run the benefits to your good health are worth it.
